Size: 5" x 7" (12.7cm x 17.78cm) All cake shops (including grocery stores) print edible cake images. Place on your own cake or let them put it on a cake for you. Some stores only accept a photograph (they scan it). Other stores can accept both a photograph or a digital image. You would need to check with your local store to see what they require. On the stores that only accepts a photograph, you would need to print your image and then take it to them. Print at home or develop it like a 5x7 photograph and take that to them.
Or you can print the JPG and laminate it. You can purchase the laminating sheets at your local office supply store.
